Q: What does "Master Mind"mean?

A:The way I have always understood the word “Master Mind” it refers to the idea that where two or more are gathered, that a third more powerful mind, a Master Mind is present. You can call that presence God, Higher Power, Allah or the Universe. The important thing is that you know it’s there and you know it’s real for you. That’s why I call the process almost “magical.”

Q: Is MasterMinding only for business owners?

A: MasterMinding groups can really be to support people in any goals and aspirations. At this time, at MasterMinding for Success® our MasterMinding groups are focused on business owners and the goals and concerns that impact their lives. In the future we may expand into MasterMinding groups focused on health and fitness, life balance, spirituality and other life concerns.

Q: Is a MasterMinding meeting live or a recording?

A: A MasterMinding meeting is conducted live on a teleconferencing bridge line. That means when you dial in all the group members and your Life-Business Catalyst can hear each other while discussing your goals and supporting each other at the same time.

Q: Do I have to pay for long distance?

A: Your regular phone charges will apply.

Q: What's a Life-Business Catalyst?

A: Our Life-Business Catalysts are actually certified life coaches who facilitate the weekly MasterMinding meetings to keep things on track.

Q: I'm curious, why use the word "Catalyst?"

A: A catalyst is someone or something that causes change or transformation faster than it would happen without the catalyst. Our Life-Business Catalysts or LBC's are specially trained to help you get the results and achievements you want in your life and business faster and more effectively than if you weren't part of a MasterMinding group.

Q: Why haven't I heard of this before?

A: I've heard of seminars or workshops before called a "Master Mind"however they are usually a brainstorming session - and the truth is you probably don't need a bunch more how-tos. MasterMinding for Success® is so incredibly powerful - once you get moving in a group you won't need a swift kick of motivation from seminar gurus.

Q: Okay, but seminars are a lot of fun!

A: True, but it's expensive fun. And a couple weeks after most people leave an intensive weekend seminar they haven't done a thing and they have a big credit card bill. With MasterMinding there's a consistency, a flow, week after week, that causes thoughtful, committed people to create more positive, transformational change than rah-rah seminars.

Q: I really don't care for small groups where one person gobbles up all the time or someone asks a question that's totally off on a tangent.

A. We agree. That's another reason why we have our Life-Business Catalysts to keep the MasterMinding meeting flowing so each person gets their fair share of time to get support, encouragement, ideas, etc.

Q: Why not just get support from my friends, spouse or partner?

A: People who are wise, committed business owners like yourself really understand at a deeper level the kind of obstacles you're facing and the level of support that makes a difference. Very often our friends and maybe even our spouse or partner mean well and have our best interests at heart but don't quite understand why it's all so important to us as a business owner.

Q: How does accountability work? That part makes me a little nervous.

A: We don't want to you feel nervous or uncomfortable. After all, you wouldn't want to come back if you felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. At the beginning of the call we all share what we accomplished from the week before. If you didn't accomplish a goal from the week before your LBC might ask you, "What got in the way? " Or, "Where are you having challenges with the goal?" Or even, "Is that goal still important to you."

Q: How do I give support to another person I've never met?

A:That’s part of the magic. Once you’ve registered you’ll get our MasterMinding Guidelines to help you out. Each week your Life-Business Catalyst gets the ball rolling. The amazing thing is I’ve never heard anyone in a MasterMinding group say anything that was “off” or inappropriate when it comes to support. And in a very short time you’ll feel your MasterMinding group partners are some of your best friends.

Q: What if I'm not very good at writing down goals?

A: You don't have to write a big business plan just jot down a couple of thoughts that you'd like support with before dialing onto the call. If, at some point you want to put down more comprehensive goals your LBC can provide you with guidance.

Q: Why is the program six months long?

A: For most people - change takes time. The person who said it takes 21 days to change a habit lied. It takes a lot longer. And what if you want to change a lot of habits? What if you want to overcome obstacles that have held you back for decades? The great thing is because the MasterMinding for Success is gradual, sustained change it becomes a permanent change that transforms the rest of your life.

Q: Will I like the people in my MasterMinding group?

A: Absolutely. They're a lot like you and they will believe for you just like you will believe for them. All you have to do is happily give and receive.

Q: Will I have fun and enjoy myself during the calls or is it all serious?

A: MasterMinding will become one of the most joyful, deeply satisfying times of your week. You will look forward to your weekly call with your group week after week, month after month.

Q: I'm a committed business owner but sometimes my personal goals are really important, too?

A: Any goal that impacts your business, directly or indirectly is fair game to discuss in your weekly meeting. So, if your relationship with your teenager is impacting your business - talk about it. If constant interruptions from family are distracting your - let's talk about that, too. You're always in control.
