By registering for the MasterMinding for Success program I agree to:

Monthly Payment Option: I am joining a MasterMinding for Success group for the next six (6) months. I authorize to be billed through my PayPal account via subscription for $149.95 per month (USD) which is equal to $37.50 (USD) weekly, for the next six (6) months automatically. After the initial six (6) month period my participation will continue to be billed automatically on a month-to-month basis of $149.95

Weekly Payment Option: I am joining a MasterMinding for Success group on a weekly payment basis for the next 26 weeks (six months). I authorize to be billed through my PayPal account at the rate of $40. per week (USD) which is equal to $160. per month. After the initial 26 week period my participation will continue to be billed automatically on a weekly basis at the rate of $40. per week.

Monthly subscription: If I decide within the first two MasterMinding sessions this program is not right for me: I know I must submit a written request for cancellation of my entire subscription. I know I have 48 (forty-eight) hours after the end of my second weekly MasterMinding meeting to email my request. I will submit my request for cancellation of my monthly subscription in writing via email to mastermindingforsuccess@gmail.com Upon receipt of my request I will receive an email confirmation that no further monthly payments will be billed. Any portion of the current month ’ s participation fee that has not been used is non-refundable.

Weekly subscription: If I decide within the first two MasterMinding sessions this program is not right for me I know I must submit a written request for a cancellation of my weekly subscription. I know I have 48 (forty-eight) hours after the end of my second weekly MasterMinding meeting to email my request. I will submit my request for cancellation of my weekly subscription in writing via email to mastermindingforsuccess@gmail.com Upon receipt of my request I will receive an email confirmation that no further weekly payments will be billed.

After the initial six month period as I continue in my MasterMinding for Success group I continue to authorize the same automatic monthly or weekly subscription payment from my PayPal account. In the event I wish to completely terminate my participation in the Masterminding for Success program after the six (6) month period in this agreement, I will submit my request in writing in an email to mastermindingforsuccess@gmail.com Upon receipt of my request I will receive an email confirmation that no further payments will be billed.
